      Refund Policy

      If for any reason you are unhappy with the adjustments or treatments you receive here at The Halsa Group, please let us know and we will be more than happy to refund that session.

      If you’ve already paid for your treatment upfront and wish to discontinue your care for any reason, any treatments already received will be calculated at the normal non-discounted price and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.  Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.


      Cancellation/ Rearrangement/ No Show Policy

      If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment we require 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged the full price for your appointment.  If you need to cancel, rearrange or fail to show due to exceptional circumstances, then we will charge on the discretion of the Chiropractor.
